Monica Barksdale is one of the many Americans that enjoy living individually. Monica Barksdale would not move into her new house until she had an alarm installed. What she didn't anticipate is to utilize the house alarm to signal first responders of a seizure. At the time the seizure happened Monica Barksdale was alone.
